Welcome to PlayPlot. Please read and accept the following terms before downloading, installing or using the PlayPlot app or this website.

1. The service

PlayPlot provides playback of interactive short dramas, branching choices, and account and purchase-based unlocking. Some series are free; others require payment or an active membership.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Do not lend, transfer or misuse your account.

3. Virtual content and payments

Series unlocks and membership benefits are virtual content. The price shown at checkout is final. Where a payment is made through an app store such as the App Store or Google Play, that store handles collection, subscription management and refunds under its own refund rules, and we cannot issue refunds for that channel directly. Except where required by law or stated otherwise in our policy, completed purchases of virtual content are non-refundable; where the law of your region grants you a right of withdrawal or refund, we will honour it. Membership benefits do not renew automatically unless the checkout page states otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, record, repost, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or series content; use cheats, scripts or other abnormal means; or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The PlayPlot app, series content, text, graphics and marks are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and may not be used without permission.

6. Disclaimers and liability

We work to restore service interruptions caused by network, device or force majeure events, but we do not accept liability beyond the extent required by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for business or legal reasons. Updated terms apply from the date they are published.
